Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may initiate a return after receiving the products.
- To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at natureburst.shop@gmail.com or call us at +91 79998 39922 with your order number.
- For orders cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Return Policy
Return Eligibility
You may return products within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Products are in their original, unopened packaging
- Products are unused and undamaged
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or have broken seals
- Products that show signs of use or tampering
- Products purchased through unauthorized resellers
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service at natureburst.shop@gmail.com or call us at +91 79998 39922 within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package the items securely in their original packaging along with the RMA number.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Please note that return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (such as damaged or incorrect items).
Refund Policy
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund:
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
- If your return is rejected, you will be notified of the reason, and the items will be sent back to you.
Refunds will typically be processed within 7-10 business days after approval, depending on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- UPI/Netbanking: 3-5 business days
- Other payment methods: Up to 10 business days
Refund Amount
The refund will include the price of the product and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as damaged or incorrect items).
If you received free shipping due to a promotion or minimum order requirement, and the return causes your order total to fall below the minimum threshold, the shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We do not directly process exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
- Your order number
- Description of the damage or defect
- Photos of the damaged or defective products
Our team will review your case and may offer a replacement or a full refund including shipping charges.
Special Circumstances
Undelivered Orders
If your order is shown as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or other household members
- Check any safe spots around your delivery address
- Contact the delivery carrier with your tracking information
- If still not found, contact our customer service within 24 hours of the delivery confirmation
Non-Deliverable Areas
If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you and provide a full refund including shipping charges.
